CLASS SCHEDULE

CrossFit Group Classes

CrossFit classes produce elite results by effectively combining weight lifting (both Olympic and power), gymnastics, and metabolic conditioning (cardio). Each class is 60 minutes long.

  • Monday: 5:00, 6:15, 8:15, 9:30, 12:00, 3:45, 4:45, 5:45

  • Tuesday: 5:00, 6:15, 8:15, 9:30, 12:00, 3:45, 4:45, 5:45

  • Wednesday: 5:00, 6:15, 8:15, 9:30, 12:00, 3:45, 4:45, 5:45

  • Thursday: 5:00, 6:15, 9:30, 4:15, 5:30

  • Friday: 5:00, 6:15, 8:15, 9:30, 12:00, 3:45, 5:00

  • Saturday: 8:00, 9:00

  • Sunday : 9:20-10:00

Focus on your Olympic lifts as well as performing exercises that will address imbalances and make you a stronger overall athlete.
