Jared Enderton

Coach

Jared's journey began in 2013 when he relocated to Colorado Springs to pursue his Olympic Weightlifting dream. Since then, he has become an integral part of the fitness scene here, making a switch to CrossFit and achieving remarkable milestones. 🥇 He not only made it to the Regionals in 2016, 2017, and 2018, but also competed in The CrossFit Games in 2018. Talk about dedication and determination!

Aside from his impressive athletic accomplishments, Jared is the Invictus weightlifting coach and has served as the Head Strength Coach for the Team USA Sprint Cycling Team at the Olympic Training Center. His expertise extends beyond the gym as well, as he travels around the country coaching weightlifting seminars. 🚀 He loves diving deep into the intricacies of human movement and considers himself a true nerd on the subject.

In his downtime, you can usually find Jared enjoying a round of golf on the course, cheering on his favorite football teams, or spending quality time with his wonderful family.

Amy Boyle

Coach

Amy comes to Blue Cord with 8 years of coaching experience. She started dabbling in Crossfit in 2012 and has since earned her CFL2, become certified in Pregnancy and Postpartum Athleticism, CrossFit Kids, and Precision Nutrition.

Amy enjoys the camaraderie and community that comes with CrossFit. She loves seeing athletes push themselves in the gym day after day, constantly working to improve even the little things. While watching big lifts and benchmark PRs is an exciting part of CrossFit, hearing how athletes use their fitness to enjoy life outside the gym is her favorite part of being a coach.

When not coaching or training, Amy spends her time trying to keep up with her two kids (Isla and Seamus) and her dog Lola.
