  • What if I’m new to CrossFit? I don't want to get hurt.
    Everything we do can be tailored to fit your skill level. Depending on your current physical abilities, we modify your number of repetitions, rounds, weight, and even range of motion in each workout. Adapting workouts to your skill level helps prevent injury and safely learn the appropriate mechanics necessary for a solid foundation.
  • How is this CrossFit gym different from others in the area?
    This is my only job, and I have been doing it for the last 10 years in some shape or form. The equipment is top of the line. We are the only CrossFit gym in Colorado Springs with a PNOÄ’ System
  • Will I get too bulky doing CrossFit?
    The people you see online or on television workout for 4-6 hours a day at a heavy and high-intensity level with three coaches assisting them. I am only asking you to do five hours a week...you won't get "too bulky".
